Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire SCIO (VAER) is part of a national network of Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs) whose ambition is to see a Scotland in which voluntary and social enterprise action, in all its forms, flourishes and delivers strong and resilient communities.

JOB TITLE: Admin Support

TERM: 26 weeks, fixed-term 
HOURS: 30pw
SALARY SCALE: £18,018 per annum, pro rata £7,722

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our amazing team to provide clerical support across the full range of VA activities. Applicants should be 25+ and been unemployed for at least 12 months.

JOB PURPOSE: Work as part of the clerical team to develop and maintain all administrative systems and procedures to enable monitoring, evaluation and financial requirements of VA, The Community Hub & The Market Place.

We are looking for 2 dynamic and enthusiastic people to join our amazing team and support the delivery of a community led information hub and shop within our two locations of Barrhead and Newton Mearns. Applicants should be 25+ and been unemployed for at least 12 months.

JOB PURPOSE: 
Primary: To support the Participation and Development Lead to deliver a community led information hub and shop within our two locations of Barrhead and Newton Mearns.

Secondary: To support the various community led initiatives delivered by the Participation & Development leads and the Communications team within VAER.

JOB TITLE: Wellbeing Network Support

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our amazing team to support the Wellbeing Lead build effective relationships and enable collaboration across a wide range of local organisations and members of the community to improve wellbeing outcomes for staff and volunteers. Applicants should be 25+ and been unemployed for at least 12 months.

JOB PURPOSE:
Working with the wider VAER Participation team and in collaboration with the HSCP Health & Wellbeing Lead Officer, you will act as the link between people, communities and a wide range of other public, voluntary and private sector partners to promote health and wellbeing approaches that build resilience within staff and volunteer teams.
