Review of Local Third Sector Infrastructure in Scotland

Scottish Government recently commissioned an independent evaluation of the Third Sector Interface (TSI) model and Voluntary Action Scotland (VAS). Scottish Government and VAS have agreed that it is crucially important that the local third sector organisations have an opportunity to input their views into the evaluation process. Therefore as part of this evaluation, a feedback session was held at Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire SCIO (VAER) on Monday 15th May 2017. The session was attended by representatives from across the local third sector, the local authority and HSCP, DWP and Scottish Government and was externally facilitated.

The session took the form of a series of three informal conversations about what’s good; what’s less good, what are the trickier things that cause friction; what changes could be made to improve things. Download the feedback report to read the summary of the conversations held on the day.
